Had a great stay hotel was in easy access to the train and tram stations. Bed linen and towels could be looked at more carefully as towel had hole in it as did the duvet cover at the corner. Mini bar was a bonus and appreciated. Breakfast was okay found that the buffet was quite dry and the finished plates were swiftly removed even if you hadn’t finished lol. Overall great location so would definitely book again especially at the price we paid

Room was spacious, we enjoyed the complimentary drinks. It took us a while to discover where the wardrobe was but found it in the end. Not sure about the open plan wash basin but we were only there for a couple of nights so no bother. The bar/ restaurant area was really lovely. Great stay

We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is amazing and in a great location, we had a little message and a balloon left in our room congratulating us on our wedding anniversary which was so sweet. We had an evening meal to celebrate and we were given free bubbly, our server Simeon was so lovely and attentive, he really couldn’t do enough for us. The food was delicious and a good selection and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty of choice for everyone. We would highly recommend this hotel and all of the staff were so helpful and lovely. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent stay at the Innside by Melia Manchester lovely room asked if the upgrade was available and we were upgraded to a city view room excellent lovely breakfast as well

Very nice clean hotel in a prime location, moved our room so we could have a city view. Rooms are very spacious and the TV on wall is very small for the space. Bigger one would be better. Breakfast was decent, just needed a few more hot items.

Exceptional service from reception and restaurant staff, would definitely stay here again. Comfortable rooms and very central. I like to have a bath though, only had shower options, otherwise i would have given the hotel full marks

Great service and food. The room was perfect, the hotel in general is pretty nice and modern. The location is quite convenient. I stayed there for about 11 nights and everything was great! I enjoyed my stay.

A lovely hotel in a central location. I had a city view and it was nice to have a bath as not many hotels do now. Lovely touch of free soft drinks in the fridge and dressing gowns. Breakfast amazing and made me full for the rest of the day. Staff were very friendly and pleasant.

The room was really nice and had an amazing view. Staff were friendly. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge. Our sink was not draining properly, we told staff and they fixed it immediately. Location was perfect

Room was really good and very clean with that was needed for my stay. The breakfast was amazing,lots of choices and tasted good.
