Everything was excellent. Very comfortable and clean room. Great customer service but we would particularly like to commend Joao, at the reception desk, for his excellent customer service skills. He went out of his way to make my son's birthday a memorable one. Greatly appreciated. Thanks

Had a wonderful stay as lockdown restrictions were eased. The reception staff were very pleasant and attentive. Fadika from the bar was exceptional; he provided exemplary customer service, attending to every need with a smile and extremely positive attitude.

Stayed for one night in September, room was everything it needed to be but the staff were superb. Obviously very highly trained from the reception staf the way through. Really nice bar area and breakfast was great too - highly recommended

Always feel welcomed and valued at this hotel. Remembered from previous visits and welcomed by name. The bar is one of the best hotel bars in the City despite being small and slightly quirky.

The receptionist Joao was so professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He made our stay and was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much The hotels location is great. Central and close to the restaurants we wanted to visit.

The breakfast service given that we are living with Covid-19 was efficient, staff were polite and very helpful. Both continental and English breakfast was of a good standard. Check in was straight forward, and the room was very clean and contemporary including the bathroom! I have no complaints except the bar/club over the way obviously very noisy late at night! Otherwise lovely stay :-)
