The first receptionist was extremely rude to us simply saying that it was too early to check in, no offer to take payment in the meantime, explain about car parking or offer to take our luggage until our room eas available. All other staff very friendly and helpful. As the bed wasn't attached to the wall, it was easy to be accidentally moved and showed a 1p coin underneath and crumbs on the floor therefore not throughly cleaned around or under the bed. The rest of room and bathroom very clean. Beautiful food

The hotel and food are both wonderful. We have a lovely evening meal and breakfast the room was comfortable with little extras. We have a relaxing evening and will return.

Fab Fab Fab - straight outside the train station - lovely clean modern hotel with the most helpful friendly staff and the food was great. Will be booking for the Christmas markets again next year. Such an great festive atmosphere around Manchester this time of year.

Check in friendly but no famous warm cookie offered ? Lovely room very comfortable great view ? Limited menu for @ The great escape meal deal. Had a lovely time but again locked out of the room even though it was clearly stated on the booking 6 pm checkout ?

Wonderful hotel Food amazing Rooms clean and comfortable Central position Across the road from Manchester Piccadilly train station Only had one problem we had a late check out until 6 pm but checked us out at 4 pm hence we couldn’t get in the room to pack. Has been resolved and apology accepted We loved it so much we have booked two nights in October for hubby’s birthday ?

Very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. We felt very comfortable in it. The meal we had in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff were pleasant and kept us well informed. . Only thing which was a minor thing was that they could have a slightly bigger choice of meals. This hotel is very central and close to everything you might need. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be back.

Had a great overnight stay Saturday night , 6 of us I total , couldn't fault the staff , worked very hard as short staffed, we had booked a deal through myhotelbreaks , 3 course meal , glass of wine , tail, bed and breakfast for £69.50 per person , food was lovely , staff very friendly , exceptional service from the lady managing the restaurant on Saturday night along with all the members of her team , rooms immaculate, will definitely book the deal again ? .

Great hotel with easy access from the train station and just a short walk in to town. nice bar-we'll certainly be spending more time in there after Covid, really excellent breakfast, nice room, friendly staff and really good value on price-can't wait to go back.

Had a delightful stay at this Hotel. The staff were particularly pleasant and felt very safe with all the covid measures implemented. The rooms were spotless and the cookie on arrival was a nice surprise.

The staff were very friendly and helpful parking incredibly secure breakfast was very good bedrooms were so nice didn’t want to leave oh and free cookies on arrival that were warm! Looking at returning.
