Overall a positive experience. Bit of a discrepancy over how many people the room was booked for, which then lead onto an extra charge being added for an additional breakfast. Spoken with the receptionist & eventually got it sorted, although once they realised the error was on their part the attitude changed. This didn't take away from our enjoyment & we look forward to staying again soon

2nd time staying here, brilliant hotel, rooms are great, and staff are friendly. Only thing that annoyed me this time was we weren’t charged at check in, so assumed we would just pay when leaving. Then on our 2nd morning we had a letter through the door saying we had an outstanding balance to pay at our earliest convenience. We went for breakfast and couldn’t get it until we paid, so got made to look silly through no fault of our own, because the person who checked us in didn’t take a payment.

Lovely hotel in very central location across the road from Piccadilly station. Short walk to Chinatown and the village. 16 minutes walk to The Printworks and all of the shops. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. All of the staff were very helpful and polite

Amazing time at the hotel. We got checked in early by a lovely member of the front desk team - Diego. Got to room, prosecco sitting waiting in an ice bucket for us. Room was lovely, bed was comfy there was nothing not too like. We also loved the brekkie the following morning. Liked this hotel and deal so much we are going to book again for my partners Birthday next month. Highly recommended!

Lovely room comfortable bed. Breakfast cold but asked for vegetarian sausages and they were cooked fresh and delicious. Wasn’t asked how our stay was ?

Very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. We felt very comfortable in it. The meal we had in the hotel was very good and the waiting staff were pleasant and kept us well informed. . Only thing which was a minor thing was that they could have a slightly bigger choice of meals. This hotel is very central and close to everything you might need. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be back.

The first receptionist was extremely rude to us simply saying that it was too early to check in, no offer to take payment in the meantime, explain about car parking or offer to take our luggage until our room eas available. All other staff very friendly and helpful. As the bed wasn't attached to the wall, it was easy to be accidentally moved and showed a 1p coin underneath and crumbs on the floor therefore not throughly cleaned around or under the bed. The rest of room and bathroom very clean. Beautiful food
