fantastic stay, food was great in restaurant, Tom on the bar was very polite and helpful. Spa was great although not too well signed. Room lovely and clean

I liked the location as it is close to both the city centre and Cheshire oaks. 5-10 min drive either way. The hotel grounds were lovely. The rooms were very clean and modern and the staff were very friendly. I also enjoyed the warm welcome cookies we received.

We, with friends stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. What a lovely hotel, staf friendly and helpful, room clean and food very good. With Covid measures the room was not tended too during our stay and food was a limited choice but still very good. Grounds lovely and ideal for Chester.

Had such a lovely nights stay here when we visited a few weeks back. The room was modern and clean, received warm cookies when we arrived. The outside seating area with the bar and restaurant are lovely. The food was very nice worth the money. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very close to Cheshire oaks, would definitely return!

First hotel stay post covid and it was better than I was expecting. The pool and gym weren’t open and although I got an upgrade to a deluxe double room there wasn’t anything in the fridge for obvious reasons. Breakfast was also scaled back. But everywhere seemed clean, there sanitizers around and the staff were all very friendly.

Bed was very comfortable, ideal location next to Chester zoo and we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. ·
