We stayed Saturday to Monday and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were good bathroom dated and had rust round the hardware. Dinner was lovely but services was slow. We ordered the steak and I had to ask after an hours waiting for an update on our food. The server apologised and we got our food straight after and we where told our meal and drinks where free due to the time! Breakfast was beautiful with a lovely selection on offer. We made use of the spa swimming pool, sauna, steamroom,hottub and outdoor lounges. The place was clean, plenty of loungers indoor and out and the showers drying area was spacious with plenty of hairdryer to go around. All the staff where Fantastic and very accommodating. Arriving from the airport the bus transport was so easy and straightforward it's about an hour/ 1hr.20min but an easy journey.

The room was a good size, with a king size bed, and equipped with everything you need, including an iron, bathrobes, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. Water and fresh milk were available from dispensers in the corridors. Our room was facing the main road, but there was no noise. Dinner and breakfast were both good, and the staff were very helpful. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. The location is in a business park, so there are no accessible shops, but it is a great base for Bristol, and close to the motorways.

Nice decor throughout, comfortable seating areas in room and in bar area. Nice food, despite a few negatives. Good location, close to motorway.

Nice room, good facilities, especially impressed with the fresh milk dispenser. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Reception, bar staff and those on duty during breakfast all very polite, friendly and efficient. I had fish n chips in bar area that was the best I have eaten in years, Delicious. Ale was clear and sparkling and served up in very attractive glass. I was very impressed.

Stopped one night on way home from Cornwall and delighted we chose this hotel. Great room, excellent leisure centre and spa to “ chill” in and top quality restaurant food at dinner. Breakfast also served at table instead of usual dried out buffet. Would definitely recommend from our experience.
