All the little touches that made it feel special: the dish for my straighteners, the recycling and the Allergy-Free Pillows waiting for me in the wardrobe. That was appreciated. Breakfast was also delicious, and so nice to be waited on

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and well equipped and very quiet overnight, which meant that I had a good night's sleep. I loved the fresh milk for the room. I swam in the pool and showered at the spa, which was great. The breakfast was great. The selection of food at the restaurant was too fancy for me.

Super rooms and spa facilities . Breakfast and food excellent and very good choice. Staff very accommodating when we wanted to sit in bar for food.

We stayed here for one night and everything about the hotel was lovely. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very nice and with some really great touches like bathrobes for children as well as adults for the spa and fresh milk and filter water available to be collected from the hallway to take into your room. The spa was great. We would definitely return here.

A lovely country hotel feel, staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived! Spa treatments were great, such a relaxing atmosphere and spa facilities were lovely. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, we also had afternoon tea which was average, poor selection of sandwiches. Signature rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall a great stay at this hotel, thank you to all of the staff we encountered for looking after us, we will definitely be back and highly recommend a visit/stay!

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. I was impressed with every element of our stay. The staff are professional and friendly, the food is delicious (even for someone with gluten and milk allergies), the beds are comfy, and slept so well in the quiet rooms even though the hotel was hosting weddings every day of our stay. This place is a hidden gem. Can't believe its not 5 star.
