Me, my partner and my friend stayed here as we was watching a concert at the O2 Academy just down the road. I was blown away at the hotel, the staff are so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for you. Check in was smooth and simple and even when we arrived a bit too early, the receptionist offered us a complimentary coffee and offered to hold our bags whilst we waited. We went out and explored but really appreciated the generosity! Upon check in, we was allocated a room on the first floor. However, I had enquired before our stay to be on a higher floor. We was offered a room on the sixth floor. This room was exactly what we wanted. A huge double and single bed, big TV, big windows and air conditioning. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The manager had placed in our room a lovely welcome message on the mirror and some treats we took home - a lovely touch! We slept very well considering we had a room on the corner overlooking the main road, the sound proofed windows with secondary glazing was welcomed a lot. Bathroom was good, large sink with light up mirror and a powerful bath over shower with complimentary toiletries - very nice! We had complimentary breakfast included however we didn’t realise we had to be checked out by 11am so unfortunately we couldn’t partake in it! We only had a small issue with the air conditioning which we mentioned to reception. A member of the maintenance team came up to our room swiftly and sorted it for us! I would have no doubt with staying again! Thanks again Leonardo Hotel Sheffield!

A hotel with a good location near the city center and the train station. We arrived at the hotel at 12 but we were not allowed to check in. Instead, we left our bags in a friend's room who was already staying at the hotel. An ok room in relation to the price but I don't like bathrooms with bathtubs. The big disappointment was the high price for the breakfast, although it was perfectly ok but not in relation to the price.

Arriving for a long weekend to attend a wedding we collected our room entry cards . The room I had was stunning . Clean , bright , large. Not a spot of dust anywhere . Tea/coffee making great . Breakfast self service so you could take as much or as little as you wanted . A great selection . Staff very helpful .
