We stayed at The Heyford recently and to say we had the best experience would be an understatement! When we arrived at reception we were checked in by a lovely young lady who couldn't have helped us more. Our room was simply beautiful, it was immaculate (the carpets even had perfect hoover lines in them!!) & had everything your need for a short stay. The coffee machine was a nice touch & the Bramley toiletries were amazing, so amazing that I have ordered larger sizes from them! When we left for a day out at Bicester Village, we were greeted by some of the lovely housekeepers who were very happy & cheerful. They serviced our room wonderfully. Our evening meal was fabulous, the food arrived quickly & was delicious - We recommend the Carbonara Pizza! Our waitress was very attentive with a smile on her face the whole time. We moved to the bar after dinner for drinks - was a little quiet but still had a good atmosphere & lush tails! When it was time to leave, we were checked out quickly & efficiently by a friendly lady (I think her name was Lara) Who was lovely & wished us a good rest of the week. We also spoke to another lady with long black hair (Apologies for the ridiculous lack of names!) who helped us with our bags & was generally wonderful. All in all The Heyford is an amazing establishment with the most courteous & friendly staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice break away. Staff were really attentive and the hotel was absolutely fantastic - Clean, spacious and with a really nice feel Would highly recommend!
