The twin room was exactly as described. It was very clean, with very crisp sheets and comfortable beds, though small singles. The loo was clean and modern with good toiletries supplied. The room is small, but typical of this style of property and the area in central London. We chose the hotel for the specific location close to UCL Hospital.

Excellent location, staff very friendly particularly the 2 girls looking after breakfast (great selection at breakfast too) , room comfortable and clean.

The hotel is really well located for the theatres. Checking in and out was quick and straightforward. Our room was lovely and warm but with a fan and the ability to open the window if we got too hot. The shower worked well and it's good to have shampoo etc... provided.

Amazing breakfast. Very nice personnel. We felt like coming home to an English living room. Small room but very cozy. Clean and fresh. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted. Quiet area though we had windows facing the small garden.

Great little hotel , friendly staff , comfy beds , quiet location but perfect for all the big sites. Breakfast was good , and it was very clean

We had a small double room but it had all we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were great. We chose the location for access to trains and tubes, all were no more than 10 mins walk away. Only downside was the room was very warm even with the window open.
