The hotel has had a difficult recent past but great to see it back up and running. The staff team across the board were engaging, friendly, courteous and energetic. The facilities are undergoing some improvements but this hotel represents excellent value for money. This is now my go-to when working in Liverpool.

Spent the night here with my fiancee last weekend. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The room rate was also very reasonable compared with other hotels nearby. The suite we stayed in was large with a seprate lounge and bedroom. It also had a bath which was great as lots of hotels only have showers these days. The bed was really comfy and we got a great night's sleep. Room Service was promptly delivered and the food was lovely. The breakfast the next morning was also nice. We'll definitely be staying here again in the near future.

The management and team are all fantastic polite and helpful.rooms are very clean with usual items available....food is excellent and reasonably priced.plenty of free parking.nice bar.

Great location for what I needed and facilities were good. Also, staff were very friendly. The room was also a lovely size and liked the size.

Staff great Matty was really polite and helpful , especially as I am gluten intolerant and did not request anything prior to the stay , Matty managed to get me gluten free rolls , all in all good stay with a very welcoming staff team

The value for money was incredible. A huge and comfortable suite for £63 per night at the weekend. Taking a lift direct to the 5th floor was a laugh - it made me feel like a Vegas high roller :) The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable - the best night's sleep I've had in ages.
