We ended up staying for 4 nights, and I really couldn't fault it. The food and room and staff were all amazing throughout, everything was seamless and me and my son plan oncoming back in the springtime! Thank you everyone on shift the last 5 days, you were all amazing

The hotel receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is right on the sea front with plenty of free parking in nearby streets. We had a deal which included dinner on the first night. I can highly recommend this. The breakfast was lovely too.

Thank you for another lovely stay at York House. This was our third trip and we enjoy getting away for a reasonably priced and unfussy break. The room was not as good this time - though perfectly clean and adequate - last two times we've had a sea view and a larger room. The food is good even though the choices are a little 1970's inspired - it's part of the charm! Breakfast is great and we love to be able to choose from the menu as well as having a buffet. It's a shame that some choices are not replenished even with 30 minutes left of breakfast service. Service is relaxed and friendly - when they forgot to order our newspaper, it was no problem as someone went to buy one for us locally. We still get lost finding our room amid the warren of corridors - again, part of the fun! Great location and excellent parking system. Thank you for having us.

The room and en suite were very clean. Good location overlooking the sea and pier. Very nice veranda to sit out on with drinks. Beachy Head is a short drive away & well worth visiting,

Stayed overnight for a golf break. Arrived very late but the staff were so welcoming. Reception and bar area were great, super friendly staff. Bedroom was huge, lovely bathroom, bedroom overlooking the sea, the view was amazing. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet which is always great, food was fabulous. I have nothing negative to say about staying here and we are looking at booking a longer break next time.

We were able to park right outside and paid £1 for 24 hour parking ticket from hotel. We had a free upgrade to a fantastic room with four poster bed, sea view and jacuzzi bath. Had 2 course hotel meal which was lovely and breakfast was also good. Staff were friendly, attentive and well trained. Everything was clean and welcoming. The foyer and dining room were well decorated. Some of the corridors were a bit tired and the swimming pool was disappointing, but overall we had a fantastic stay for the money

Hotel very clean and tidy. Rooms had all the facil needed for our weekend away. Staff very polite and always at hand. Evening meal was great had a nice selection of starters, mains and desserts. There was also a wide selection at breakfast catering all tastes. Hotel was right on the sea ftont which was excellent for strolling along.Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, will be returning here sometime in the future.

Excellent deal at an excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Staff polite and helpful, large room with huge, comfortable bed, beautiful dining room, everything clean. Good meal and very good breakfast. Managed to find free parking in nearby sideroads.
