Being on the Gateshead side, the location quiet which is good. Breakfast was well stocked. The access to Newcastle via the Millenium Bridge is quick and easy.

Great hotel clean and friendly. Staff welcoming and accommodating. Beds were very comfy and warm. I will definitely be returning in the future. Ultimately a fantastic stay and Neil was very accommodating

Excellent stay in a quiet location by the riverside good for exploring the city on foot rooms comfortable and clean beds comfortable bed sheets also fresh and white check in desk are helpful easy check in system clean carpets everywhere would recommend and stay again

Spent 4 nights here, lovely staff. Good choices at breakfast the scrambled egg really nice. Didn't have drink in the bar as husband only really enjoys real ale. Paid more for room with view of the river, bathroom bit dated, no extractor fan so got very steamy, bath and loo bit scruffy but great shower. Good situation, bus stops nearby and not too far to walk into the city. Fair price.
