Visited this hotel for a celebration. Hotel facil standard but good value. Day staff very friendly and helpful. Even when power cut at hotel for 12 hours, staff very helpful to make alternative arrangements for breakfast and spa facil. Great customer service from day staff.

Had a brilliant 2 day nights Spa break to celebrate my birthday. On arrival I was given a very spacious double room which was very clean and comfortable. Also they had left me a birthday card in my room, nice touch! I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, with very good customer service from the staff and in particular Daniel who went the extra mile to make sure I had the meal of my choice. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my family and friends. However, the highlight of my short break was relaxing in the well equipped Spa- sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, aromatherapy room, swimming pool relaxation room, Wow!

excellent service ,comfort and views. A little too hot on first day as hadn't realised temperature thermostat wasn't switched on!!!
