Our stay at Turnberry was so special. From the decor, the service, the food every detail just has some added luxury and it feels like a real treat and so relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will book again soon. My favourite place for a couples over night stay and spa. Beautiful!

Fantastic hotel. Great staff and great attention to detail in all services. Food both for dinner and breakfast was amazing! Deluxe sea view room was really good size and well fitted out and everything you could need.

2nd time staying with My Hotel Break at Trump Turnberry. Excellent hotel - room was very luxurious and large with huge bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and freestanding bathtub. Evening meal was also excellent -in the 1906 and breakfast is also a highlight. The credit option worked really well. All in all and fantastic deal for a fantastic hotel, it does not disappoint. Staff and customer service here is at the forefront o they do without being annoying. Hotel is located in a spectacular position with fantastic views from the dining rooms. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Would thoroughly recommend and return!

Pleasant experience, from arrival the staff were extremely welcoming, bar prices a bit heavy, jusch. The meal and service was delightful, all in all a nice bit of relaxation, walking down to the light house.

What a hotel,from the minute you go through the door you're treated like royalty,we were a bit late getting our room but we got a bottle of champagne and a late check out to compensate, service and staff second to none,definitely be back!

This hotel was what I expected and on point with most things. Immaculate, lovely staff and high quality food. Very disappointed that the poolside and spa area doubled as a ‘Thomsons Superfamily’. My husband and I arrived at the pool and spa around 4 pm on a Friday to relax. Not possible, sadly. Floating toys, babies and a squeeling toddler playing waters with the family was not what we needed to relax at the end of a long week. Left the poolside for the quiet chill out area, which again was beautiful, but sadly not sound proofed. Left and relaxed in our rooms. My suggestion - children are banned from the pool ‘adults only’ or build a play area and baby pool in another building.

Brilliant hotel and facilities with amazing views and grounds. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We had some issues with our dinner order but this was more than taken care of by the excellent staff.

Fantastic time at Turnberry Trump over the weekend. The service, food and ambience were 5*. Beautiful surroundings with a relaxing pool day and visit to the stables and Clubhouse. We will definitely be making another return visit soon,

This establishment takes customer service and comfort to another level. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff are highly trained, very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and when I mentioned I was lactose intolerant the chef altered the ingredients in my menu choice to eliminate dairy. I've never had that level of care anywhere else. Yes its a bit pricy but its well worth it.!! Treat yourself - you deserve it.

Very small room with just one chair, wouldn't supply another as was informed room was too small for Two. The room and shower room were spotlessly clean but no bath. There were no biscuits in the hospitality tray, and no disposable bags for sanitary products. Breakfast was very poor, asked for pork sausage bacon scrambled eggs beans and browns ,came with berland sausage burnt bacon small brown cold beans but no eggs we waited about 20 minutes for this. My wife ordered a cheese omelette which had unmelted cheese which she left untouched definitely not a 5star experience quite disappointing

Had a fabulous experience from arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing, the food was tremendous and the room was exquisite. This hotel is more than worthy of its 5* grading. Its grandeur surroundings and decor are well worth a visit.
