Everything was fabulous we loved it. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. We asked to change our dining to 18th and we were overwhelmed when a lovely man arrived to take us up in the lift and hand us over to our waiting team. A real treat indeed. Will definitely recommend.

Had a fabulous night in this beautiful hotel. Appreciated the room upgrade and the fabulous view (hubby the golf fanatic especially ;-)). Staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us. Can't wait to go back on another myhotelbreak deal. Many thanks :-)

Enjoyed our stay in the newly extended hotel. We had a lovely room overlooking the 18th hole at the Old Course. However the Bridge restaurant’s menu was not to my taste. More Scottish dishes should be on the menu not Italian.

Wonderful stay! Lovely hotel we were given an upgrade to a golf course view with balcony such a gorgeous room. Our stay included 3 course dinner delicious food.Staff were amazing very friendly and helpful.Hope to return highly recommend this hotel.

The first rooms we were allocated 12 and 14 were clean but very small and compact. However the corridor leading to the rooms had sticky carpets, scuffed walls, shabby and had an outlet with kitchen storage. Really disappointing. On complaining we got allocated different rooms which were great. We had to ask for our bottle of Prosecco. We didn’t get it on arrival - which again was disappointing. Service was great but breakfast choices could have been more extensive for that standard of hotel.

Beautiful hotel and staff were never too busy to help. Every member of staff went over and above. It was luxurious and breakfast was to die for. Highly recommend the pancakes.

New hotel amazing, service fantastic and friendly, with bedrooms and views stunning. A must not just for a golf fan, but a lover of St. Andrews. From breakfast overlooking the Old Course, to the One Under to the rooftop bar and all in between, a brilliant visit and so much to enjoy

Rusacks is well worth a stay, quiet, great staff and lovely decor. The hotel porter was exceptional showing us around but all the staff were really. Sadly it was just the one night but a great stay in the home of golf

We stayed in the Rusacks Jan 2023. From the moment we arrived the experience was superb. Friendly, efficient staff, outstanding rooms, we tried all of the restaurants during our stay and each was faultless.

The hotel was spotless, our room was beautiful. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome! Breakfast was also lovely with a great view of the golf course.

My last stay at this hotel was in 2019 when there was a change in management. So this visit revealed the extensive remodel and the hotel's new extension. The upgraded facilities are fabulous without losing the essential spirit of this historical hotel. My husband and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We love its location and its wonderful environment.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff were so attentive and i could not fault them. The decor was beautiful and we will definitely be back! Genuinely don't have a bad word to say about our say.
