Location and grounds are excellent, with splendid views of the river and Solent. Indoor swimming pool is much bigger than I expected. Only had food in the evening at the bar, not the restaurant, but that was very tasty, and breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.

Staff were very helpful in accommodating my need for a ground floor room. Room was spacious, and warm, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with a good choice of continental and cooked. Leisure facilities were clean and very fit for purpose.

Great location and amenities, easy to find. Was a nice short walk to the town. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful.

We very impressed by this hotel , we enjoyed the indoor pool . The outdoor pool looked very impressive. The main building is stunning in it appearance. We enjoyed excellent service from John in the bar who facilitated our evening meal on the patio in the stunning gardens, which lead down to the Solent . The room was large & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was 1st class we would definitely use the hotel again when in the area
