Was expecting a small snug room but was pleasantly surprised. Room and bathroom were a good size. Comfortable and clean. Staff and service were wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel but not as good as a couple of years ago. Must be under new management as its all changed i d like to say for the better but its not i m afraid.

We had a fabulous stay here with our little dog. All staff were great, hotel wad spotless and food was amazing. Only thing was the shower door was broken

Food very good and good atmosphere, staff friendly. Rooms clean but slightly dated and very warm ( even with heating turned down in February). Floorboards very squeaky and could hear everyone passing, people coughing next door. Very annoying bright green light in room ( perhaps a necessary smoke alarm) but meant the room was bright. Nice view of the loch

Shambles might not use site again. Very disturbing attitude in the restaurant which led to very upsetting night.

We absolutely loved the hotel and the staff were brilliant, nice and clean plenty of parking, central to everywhere we wanted to go. My only complaint is the front of the hotel looks on to the most beautiful scenery we have in Scotland, but our room was looking out at the back and not so nice a view. The slope at the back was an absolute mess trees were down grass as high at the window but we didn’t feel it spoiled anything.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Inn on Loch Lomond, very lovely lady on reception made us so welcome. We had a lovely loch view room, which was warm and comfortable and plenty space, 2 lovely arm chairs and a coffee table. Food was good, waiting staf very friendly, weekend entertainment was a Pianist, great to have music with dinner. delicious breakfast the next day and a chat with the lovely owner. Would recommend
