Beautiful building and setting. The decor is gorgeous- feels like they’re bringing the garden a nature inside. The bedroom was lovely. The bathroom big and well designed. Huge bath which husband enjoyed twice! The shower was fab. Reception and bar area spacious and elegant. Restaurant beautifully decorated and layout good.

Hotel had nice decor in bar resturant , the room was beautiful plenty room in toilet and room itself shower and large bath was amazing .service was very good at reception manager.and all staff they couldn't help us enough , The meals were nice but nothing special not much to pick from on menu . They breakfast on the first morning was overdone My wife mentioned it to waiter and the next 3 mornings breakfast was beautiful. That was the only downside of stay More selection on menu needed

Beautiful room, it is possibly one of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom didn't disappoint either. Beautiful fittings and again huge. The food was delicious and well presented. Staff were helpful and friendly. No iron, hairdryer shower gel but these are minor thing's that you could bring yourself.

Stayed at the Cairn Hotel Auchterarder for our wedding anniversary. Nice hotel, beautiful rooms, excellent staff and service. The food was beautifully presented (especially the berry mess) Would not hesitate in recommending a stay here. Easy to commute to Perth, Stirling and Glasgow for days out. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent short break spent at this stunning hotel. Arrived mid afternoon and checked in swiftly by Tom who was very helpful and pointed us in the right directions for everything we needed to know be it about the hotel or local area. We stayed in room 4 and quite simply it was awesome. large and equiped with everything you would need. Large and very comfortable bed. Had dinner booked for 6.30 pm and again no complaints with the selection or quality of the food we received and the service was also 1st class. The hotel has a lovely patio area with ample seating for guests where you can enjoy a coffee or drink from the bar area. Breakfast in the morning was as good as the dinner the night before with plenty of selection and both my wife and I opted for the full Scottish breafast which was a delight and set us up nicely for our journey home. Fabulous break which we both enjoyed and we certainly be back at this hotel in the near future.

We were very impressed with this hotel, lovely friendly reception and our room was huge and so comfortable with a fabulous bathroom, lovely towels and bedlinen. Service was great as was the food, we would definitely return to this hotel..

Fabulous hotel would visit again. Rooms were huge, food was lovey. Service was a bit slow in restaurant but did not bother us as we were in no rush.

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Nothing was too Much trouble for the manager Lionel. Rooms were of the highest standard and the bathrooms were sheer luxury. Food was absolutely delicious. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

The staff and the food were fabulous. The room however was very small, didn't have a bath (even though the website said all rooms have bath and shower), there was no hairdryer (staff brought it over on request), there were nespresso coffee capsules but no machine, and I presumed I had booked the hotel but we were put in the lodge (meaning we had to go outside to get back to the main hotel for breakfast and dinner). The staff did offer to change our room for the second night but we decided not to move (as we had been out walking and couldn't be bothered packing). We did however enjoy our stay and as I said at the start the staff and the food were great. If you are booking request to stay in the main hotel.

Got off to bad start at check in as there was no record of my booking...Luckily I printed out the confirmation to prove I had booked . The lady on reception was extremely nice and to our favour we got a room upgrade . Anyway room was brilliant dinner and breakfast both good quality though we did go over the £25 dinner allowance when we had desserts. Good location for exploring . We went to Crieff but on a Sunday nothing much was open. Would definitely go back here again

Had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel. Definitely had the wow factor. The rooms were decorated to a very high standard with the restaurant, bar and reception area also top notch. Dinner was delicious. The manager and staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Can't wait to return for another visit.

Very nice modern room but too warm and it was only March. Food was really good but perhaps not enough staff to serve efficiently. We did enjoy our stay.

My wife and I stayed one night on a Sunday night dbb deal. What a good hotel with friendly staff. Room was en suite ,clean and fresh looking with a good size bed with lovely cotton sheets.After a ?reat day in town we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant . Later on we had a few drinks in the hotel bar ,special mention for Tam who organised a taxi for is and served us late drinks . Also gave us a good insight into what a good local community Auchterarder is . Try Star hotel for friendly local banter.

had a fantastic night in the cairn hotel room very comfortable bed was big with high quality sheets power shower dinner was amazing compliments to the chef as was breakfast staff friendly could not fault it will be back just remember to ask for a hairdryer at reception for your room .
