The hotel is in a quiet, beautiful location overlooking the golf course. The staff were helpful and friendly during my stay.

Superb value for money. Staff very polite and helpful. Food very good as part of the package. Golf course with the exception of the bunkers was in fairly good condition. Sadly drinks were mega expensive bitter £4.10 a pint and a g&t came to over £5.00 we all thought as though we were being ripped off big time.Beds in our room resembled hammocks and were none to comfortable. That said we all had a great two day golfing break.

Was able to get a good rate for overnight and when I arrived was warmly welcomed and checked in very efficiently. Rooms are a little old but still very clean and comfortable and I guess when they are upgraded the rates would be upgraded. The TV in the room had no picture and they couldn't fix it so offered a free breakfast instead. Quality and service of breakfast was excellent.

A lovely historical building with character and history (read about it in the room information folder). Obviously in the grounds of a golf course but it is a reminder of a slower, more luxurious time. The room was larger than most we have used - we did see a four poster bed in another room, though not ours, to my wife's disappointment! The breakfast was very good as was service. Some signs of wear and tear, but nothing to worry about. The dining room decor is amazing. My wife's comment was "Miss Marple’s drama set!" Would certainly stay there again.
