Nice hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms as well as pleasant outdoor gardens. Not too big but having it all spa and gym area. Staff was really kind and very helpful with any request. It was a relaxing weekend in the delightful atmosphere.

Nice hotel with lovely location, friendly staff and specious room the food and drinks are amazing nice park for walk around and free parking is an add-on room size is great must visit the place for a luxury experience I will definitely back again

I booked an impromptu night away for myself, in need of some distance and a change of scenery. The hotel was absolute dream, it has a charm as soon as you walk through those doors. Paul, behind Reception was very approachable and a pleasure to speak with, a much needed smile on a face I needed to see! My room was utterly charming, very clean, characterful and chic. I took myself down to the spa, another smiling face behind the Reception. The heated hydrotherapy pool outside in the fresh, cold Bath air is a must, for a Wednesday evening, it was busy, but it created a great buzz and I got chatting to some lovely locals. I took myself up for dinner, I was very tended too, the Front of House, whose name I unfortunately neglected to get was just wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, along with some much needed motivational words, he is an asset to the hotel. My stay was 5* by far, my only complaint is to myself for not staying longer! I will certainly be returning in the very near future and have already been raving about it to friends. Charming, warming, and characterful, the definition of Bath in a hotel

It was a fantastic trip, I went to stay for a day and the experience was excellent especially the service in the breakfast area.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was worth the stay I would definitely come back.
