Lovely hotel, perfect location and quite the nicest room we have had in a hotel of this grading. The staff were helpful, courteous and well trained. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful and we both enjoyed dinner in the Green bar and restaurant

Comfy beds. Good value continental breakfast - good choice. Good location close to the cathedral. Good selection of tea, coffee etc in the room. Hotel car park.

Stayed here for one night for our wedding anniversary. Suzie on reception was very helpful and left chocolates in our room. We have stayed here many times and some rooms are definitely better than others. Nice breakfast overlooking the Cathedral in the sunshine. See you again in October.

An excellent Hotel, good, clean & the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. The rooms are very comfortable & the plus side is they have a combined heater & air conditioner which covers all weathers. The down side is the slightly overcooked food, but still very tasty.

location was excellent for the castle and cathedral and Lincoln 'high town'. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
