Staff were very friendly and helpful. Exterior and main entrance of hotel was very nice, clean and appeared quite fancy. Room was pretty basic and not the cleanest with some cobwebs on the old beam above the bed and black mold around the taps/grout in the bathroom. We did stay in what was concidered a "deluxe" room which did come with a coffee machine and kettle. There were robes provided in the wardrobe however they looked a bit past their best. If it had been less than £100 for the night we would have been pretty happy with the room but for a weeknight we paid over £240 which I definatly don't think it was worth it. Was looking for a more luxury hotel, but I think a premier inn would have been better value for money.

We met up with friends for weekend in Belfast. We chose Malmaison for its central location and it didn't disappoint. Restaurant & bar where good, staff friendly and hotel clean and modern. A great weekend base.

Stayed for four nights, excellent location, decent rooms and superb staff. Rooms are maintained neat and fresh, ask for rooms facing the road and no it is not noisy. I would highly recommend you ask for David at the Malmaison bar, he knows his drink list, help you to a make a choice and has a lovely manner. Thanks for making my stay memorable David, you are a gem

Wonderful experience at malmaison. Jordan in reception was exceptionally welcoming and assisted us with all our queries. Her professionalism and friendly manner made us at home immediately. The room package was upgraded and late checkout approved. Exceptional comfort in our room with well selected and inexpensive mini bar. This will definitely be our home from home when in Belfast
