Great weekend in Birmingham. Good location for the shops and museums. Room very comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Enjoyable stay all round. Will be back next time in Birmingham

This is a slightly quirky city-centre hotel in that its building was built as a hospital and it therefore has a slightly unusual but charming layout. Very good staff. Bedrooms are big, the beds very comfy.

Stayed here recently for business, staff were wonderful and helped with any issues. Having a spotless bath in the room and lovely toiletries was definitely a treat on a business trip. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the location is perfect for getting around the city and to the various train stations.The room itself was a good size with a large bed and all the little extras needed for a pleasant stay.

Brilliant place. Superbly renovated old building with style and atmosphere. All staff were efficient and super-friendly. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Super room with loads of charging points, huge comfy bed and good facilities. Just excellent value and thoroughly recommend for business and leisure. Might go to Brum again.

Couldn't have been better. Great location, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable and stylish room. Will be back
