The hotel is a lovely property, not too big but large enough to support a wonderful bar and restaurant and nice amenities. If you can, choose the Harvey room - its very spacious with a large bathroom and most o, a roof-top deck to lounge on. The staff were very helpful (our first visit to Bristol) and couldn't have been nicer. The hotel seemed to be very convenient, even in walking distance, to many of the places we wanted to see as well as to lots and lots of dining and bars.

I’ve been to the other properties in the group and loved them and this does not disappoint. Fantastic hotel, great decor, magic room - I could not ask for more. Comfortable bed, roll top bath and walk all the way through shower.Lovely breakfast to prepare me for the next day

Lovely hotel, staff go over and beyond, very professional and friendly. Good tails and food in the bistro.. superior room was great, amazing comfy bed... all in all 10/10 for our stay and whole experience, thanks guys we had a brilliant night away.

Breakfast was delicious, super comfy rooms and beds and luxurious bathrooms. Lovely toiletries provided, the extras that add a touch more luxury and rooms full of character.

Everything! The staff are so, so good. And the bedroom bathroom fab! Food out of this world. Defo my favourite uk hotel.
