We stayed the night after our wedding to break up our journey. We stayed in the Suite. Reception, bar and restuarant staff were all very friendly and late checked out offered free of charge. The room was amazing! 8 foot bed!!!, 2 baths, 2 showers and a very large TV. Room service was very swift and reasonably priced. We managed to get a deal which included dinner and breakfast so we were very pleased. Will be back again and plan to have the same room

We were here for my 66th birthday treat. The welcome was friendly and our room was perfect, bearing in mind we did not pay a fortune. There was no view but how long do you stay in your room? The bed was super comfortable, the room was lovely and warm and the bathroom/shower was great. We ate in the Bistro and had the Tasting Menu 20/10: cannot say more. The inclusive breakfast was equally as good. All staff were exceptional

We booked at HDV for an afternoon and evening of relaxation and that’s what we got! Excellent lunch in the bar area, great staff....we booked a junior suite with 2 roll top baths in the room - what a lovely way to spend an hour pre dinner. The room was excellent, dinner was superb and the service was great. Couldn’t fault anything during our stay. Thank you!

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was extremely comfortable and clean, ambiance and overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.
