Lovely hotel in central location. Parking arrangements with reserved parking once checked in were excellent The staff were all friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble.The receptionist (who was a first aider) was superb following my wife's fall away from the hotel

Stayed for one night whilst passing through to Scotland. Staff very friendly, especially in the bar. Lovely courtyard at the rear where we basked in the sun with a local ale. Room spacious and great location, great find.

Stayed for just one night and had a fantastic experience. Very friendly and polite staff, beautiful room with freestanding bath and lovely toiletries. Bar and restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to make a special occasion even more memorable. Great location very close to town. Will definitely be back

The staircase as you walked in was beautiful, the whole hotel was immaculate. The seating outside was lovely. The room itself was amazing.

The Hotel is lovely, the location is superb for shopping or night out in Harrogate, there’s an overnight car park 10 min walk away which we used. The bistro is absolutely divine, food is delicious and the service is 10/10.

Fantastic location close to all amenities, excellent staff, especially on the bar and a very good restaurant. Big room with a great shower and bath.
