I recently stayed in hotel du vin Poole for two nights, the staff were very helpful from reception during check in to the bar and restaurant staff. When are in the restaurant on the first night and enjoyed the amazing set menu, very good choice of food on there and excellently presented to match the great taste. I have already recommended this to friends

From the moment we checked in (and were given an upgrade) the hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. SUper comfortable spacious room with well stocked, good qulaity and range mini bar, fresh milk in the fridge. Fantastically comfortable bed, towels large and soft, all in all a great experience. Rachel on front desk was particulalry good but all her colleagues were too - rearranging our supper time, remembering us at every point and making sure there was nothing more that the hotel could do to make our stay even better. The hotel has loads of character and charm. The rooms have everything you want and the bistro is lovely. The food is just amazing and worth the price. The staff just make everything perfect.

Room was very clean. Shower was lovely. Bed and pillows really comfy. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. All food and drinks delicious. Could not fault. Have since stayed again.
