This hotel is a real gem! From the welcome on reception (thanks Petra, Laura & Andrea) to the chefs and attentive restaurant staff who serve up the excellent breakfast cuisine and the room attendants who looked after us, we would like to pass on our thanks to all for another wonderful stay in one of the most iconic towns in the world

We had a warm welcoming from reception on arrival. Our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite ( Thierry Lombard) a free standing bath within the bedroom the bed was lovely & comfortable. L’ Occitan toiletries, walk in shower. A large balcony Highly recommend the chateaubriand from the restaurant all staff lovely & very helpful Parking is very easy at the NCP car park opposite discounted from the hotel. Easy walking distance to all attractions & river walks. The only very minor negative is the lighting could be improved in the bathroom or above the mirror I found it difficult to apply my makeup

Great location and character frontage to property. Inside modern and spacious with tasteful decor. Staff friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Great bedroom with roll top stand alone bath and separate walk in shower bathroom. Spotless! Great breakfast
