Very good hotel with very helpful staff. Excellent dinner. Knowledgeable sommelier recommended some good wine. Cosy bar too.

A warm and friendly welcome and a very comfortable room. A delicious dinner in the Bistro with its comprehensive wine list, sealed our approval of this first class hotel. Parking is limited but can be arranged prior to arrival.

Our room was gorgeous with an enormous bathroom with a great shower. The view was okay, bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. The hotel is situated in the centre of the town of Tunbridge Wells , which has a good variety of shops and restaurant.The restaurant and bar we had no complaints. Cosy and comfortable.

Very well located with easy access to restaurants pubs and parks. Rooms on upper floors have gorgeous views over adjacent park. Restaurant and bar are top class.

Food excellent; staff very friendly and helpful; excellent room. A really lovely place to stay - a relaxing environment with excellent service. Tasting menu was first rate.

The breakfast was extremely tasty and plentiful, kept me going for the rest of the day. Close to the main areas of town, unique shops and cafes and only a brief walk from the train station.
