Very impressed with the hotel and all the staff.Carpark was very handy and the breakfast was good with plenty of options,the only gripe was the evening meal with some items on the menu not available

A great deal at the Green Dragon. A beautiful characterful building and really enjoyed our stay. Some areas do come across a little tired but in the main the standards are high. Food and drink all to a lovely high standard and all the staff we engaged with throughout our stay were first class. Perfect location right in the centre of Hereford, convenient car park too.

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff; our room was very nice and clean. The only thing that let it down was at breakfast, where there was a lack of hot food available at the buffet whereas we had to ask for it to be replenished on both days; the tea served was very weak and our dishes/plates were not cleared off our tables after use, which was unfortunate as the staff were very friendly, so some tlc is required in that area. We are happy to return again

The central position and historical aspect of the hotel is great The loyal staff are friendly and seem enthusiastic for the refurbishment of the hotel. We will have to stay with you next year to see how it is .

I entered the green dragon on Sunday afternoon to be greeted by Nicola. The room as usual, was cosy, with two huge windows facing towards Broad street and the cathedral. Breakfast was always good, but the addition of fresh coffee and continental choices has bettered it. The original floor in the reception has been uncovered and it looks quite stunning. I have been comfortable in every room I’ve stated in and 246 is no exception.

We are staying in the green dragon visiting from Edinburgh and decided we would eat in the hotel restaurant this evening. The food was delicious, warm and welcoming staff. The prices are so reasonable for the quality of the food. Great choices on the Menu. We had already enjoyed the breakfast menu this morning which was lovely.

Our first visit to Hereford to enjoy the worship in the Cathedral. The Green Dragon could not have been more convenient in terms of location - right in the city centre. The place is full of history, the bells for summoning the staff are still there on the grand staircase. Very comfortable room with modern en-suite sensitively added. The staff were, without exception friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
