The hotel itself was lovely, clean, bright and just outside the city enough not to have a lot of light and noise at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Centrally located, walking distance to many sites and train stations. The bathrooms were spacious with a terrific shower.

First thing is this hotel is in an amazing street of 4 story townhouses! However, because it's a townhouse there is no lift, so if you can't do stairs, don't book it. The rooms are very small, but not a problem for me as I was travelling alone, without a suitcase, just an overnight back and it really was just a bed for the night in between meetings. Cannot fault the decor and cleanliness of the room. There was no noise, from either inside hotel or outside. It's approx 12 min walk to Victoria Station, which is fine, but perhaps not late at night alone. All in all, if it was a little closer to where I was meeting, i would definitely stay here again

Great location, friendly staff (24 hour reception), comfy bed - newly refurbished so all clean and fresh. No lift so upper floor rooms may not suit everyone. Walking distance from Victoria train station and really close to UK passport office

Booked well in advance and got a decent rate. The hotel is clean, tidy and with a 24hr reception. The rooms are snug but have everything you need, beds are comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. Would stay here again
