First o we were put into the wrong room and I had to complain, then there was no tray of treats that was ment to be in the room, again I had to complain. There was no extra pillows that I requested at the time of booking and again had to complain, I was fed up complaining. I ordered Sirloin stake and received what looked like a burnt minute stake it was so small and thin I had to ask the waitress to go and ask the chef what it was and was told it was Sirloin, no way was that a Sirloin, my wife's food was no better,I was even asked as soon as we were finished to pay for the bread we had waiting for our starter and also for the extra money to upgrade to the crap stake, it was a total disaster from check in to leaving. I do not recommend this hotel and a total waist of money and a disaster start to our holiday and so bad that I cancelled out holiday return hotel as we were disgusted with this one. I hope the hotel management see this review and would be interested in there comments regarding this.

Easy to find and within reach of the NEC. Breakfast was excellent, had everything you would want and the staff were very hospitable. Sarah and her team looked after us well.

It is only a short drive the the NEC and National Motorcycle Museum. The food served in the hotel is good.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was very nice also the breakfast buffet.

We always try and use BW when possible, both home and abroad. This one did not disappoint, attentive reception staff, facilities and room cleanliness were first class. Just a stop for one night for an easy travel to a hospital appointment. Certainly choose for the next time.

Lovely hotel very clean, helpful staff, delicious food and very comfortable bed. stayed overnight attended a business training event. All food and refreshments throughout the day was also outstanding.

Our first stay at this hotel, very clean and everything in the room working. Efficient staff. Very good breakfast choices. Parking a bit limited. conveniently sited for NEC etc, Decor pleasant but a bit old fashioned
