Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean and staff were amazing. Food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Would not hesitate to book again or recommend to friends and family.

Their were a couple of problems with the room it was very noisy during our stay due to the fact that the windows are not doubleglased. We stayed in room 607 which we were told was a superior room but it did not feel like it. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and the bathroom could do with a re decoration. The Bar and restaurant were very good hence why we have scored them strongly.

The staff on at night for dinner where terrible service was so slow .Chips burnt and waited ages for next course.Breakfast staff where excellent couldn’t do enough for you .I have been to Glasgow and Dundee indigos they leave this one standing .

room was gorgeous though there was an empty water bottle on top of the wardrobe, bathroom was great we were in room 615, had a meal as part of our deal only had to pay for the bottle of wine, which we done at the table & left a good tip, though on checking out we got charged for the wine we explained we paid cash the night before & the price was taken off, would recommend this hotel, we will definitely be going back ?xx

Wonderful Hotel, this was our second visit here and certainly won’t be the last. Staff were excellent and so friendly.nothing was a problem. With the Hotel being on Princes Street ideal starter point for everything.

We had the most enjoyable 2 night stay at The hotel Indigo Edinburgh. Our room was clean, comfy and Covid secure. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.

we had an amazing stay from start to finish , an early check in and an upgraded room , break fast was lovely , the evening meal even better, all the staff very helpful , the bar was lovely with equally as good tails , and it's the perfect location right on princes st opposite the train station , we will defo return x

Great hotel. Arrived early & were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel so we could explore. This was my 2nd stay but the first seeing the full new decor. It's lovely! Rooms were spotlessly clean, fab waterfall shower, water provided & a mini fridge in room. We were on the top floor & the room was hot but there was aircon! Food in restaurant was lovely & an absolute bargain! Drinks reasonably priced too. Staff were very professional & super friendly. Couldn't fault hotel & i will definitely be back!

my son and I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Indigo, we were upgraded to room 601 with fabulous views of Princes Street. Breakfast was very good as was the Prosecco (I had forgotten it was part of the deal). Would definitely boom and stay here again.

We arrived at hotel around 3pm which due to being check in time was as we thought might be was quite busy although staff did work efficiently to get through the queue. The measure’s the hotel has put in place to combat the current Covid situation are of a high and safe standard. Our room on the corner which meant we had fantastic views from the two windows over Edinburgh. The only drawback to this was we could hear the trams in the early morning. Breakfast was staged due to the hotel being quite busy and we had the 9am/10am slot. The food was well presented and tasted very fresh and throughout some of the staff worked hard to ensure the needs of the customers where met. Overall an enjoyable stay

Our room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first stay at hotel indigo and we will return. The room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. The only downfall is I would say the insulation could be better, stayed in room 312 and felt that we could hear everytime room 311 went to the bathroom. The same with the room above, the water going down the pipes was very loud. There were two cracked tiles on the floor of the shower however we did make staff aware of this. None of this would out us off staying again however.

Lovely hotel and staff were great, the only thing that ruined my stay was the constant noise from the street below. I never got a sleep at all and was a shame as it would stop me staying again. Maybe need to get double glazing for the windows.
