Bar & Restaurant

At the Malmaison Bar and Grill Manchester, the very talented Chefs, source the finest ingredients to work with and create dishes that excite the senses.

The fabulous team at this restaurant and brasserie in Manchester are on and off stage - preparing dishes, serving with passion and looking after you with great attention to detail. Its stunning design, creative seating and incredible atmosphere are all part of the Malmaison Bar and Grill environment, where you'll find a magical dining experience, where great food meets great people and great passion.

Just a spark from Piccadilly station, Malmaison Bar and Grill is a serious brasserie in a prime location. It also houses one of the city's only Josper Grills - a monstrous artisan indoor charcoal barbecue oven that flames and cooks steaks to smokey perfection. You can sit ring-side and watch this magic at work.

Enjoy us for breakfast, lunch or dinner every day, or for a special occasion dining in one of the private dining rooms.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast. We're making a big deal of it. No more takeaway coffee cups and cereal bars on the run. Breakfast should be savoured. It should be something we make time for. It should live up to its name of the 'most important meal of the day'.

Make sure you take in the aroma of your cup of hot, freshly brewed tea or coffee. Get at least one of your 5-a-day with fresh fruit and juices. Succumb to a home-baked pastry with your second Americano or make your selection from the cooked breakfast menu - eggs poached, fried, scrambled, boiled or benedict. Crispy bacon. Succulent sausages. Hot buttered toast. And beans. Decisions, decisions. At least one of the 'most important decisions of the day' we think.
