Bar & Restaurant

tick Outdoor Dining Terrace

Eating, drinking, merriment, laughter and fun. It all happens here at the Oddfellows On The Park in Cheadle. From The Galloping Major restaurant where inventive chefs will deliver the best of British produce to Park Bites in the Stud Room or afternoon tea on the terrace - food and all the fun that comes with it is very high on the agenda...

The Galloping Major
Perfect for any occasion, The Galloping Major Restaurant creates a unique and exciting dining experience.

Situated within Hall’s original ballroom, The Galloping Major Restaurant celebrates the nickname of the ‘local legend’ of the Major who was the second owner of the hall and extended it to the grand mansion it is today.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from noon, with our innovative and inspiring chefs delivering the very best of British produce with that all-important Oddfellows twist.

Drink
Oddfellows On The Park is explicitly and unapologetically about fun, theatre and good times together, making the bar one of the best cocktail bars in Manchester.

The cocktails are all about the ingredient – you'll see home-infused spirits, plenty of our mixologist's inspired creations and an ‘odd’ take on the classics. Non-alcoholic cocktails are equally delicious.

With the wine selection, we've taken care to reach out to family-owned vineyards and artisan producers. We have some fabulous wines available by the glass, the carafe and of course the bottle - we are sure you’ll enjoy trying them…

Because no great story starts with a salad.

The Stud Room
The handsome cocktail bar, The Stud Room, draws inspiration from both its original owner's Scottish roots and the equestrian stud that was an important part of the once estate.

Deep wood panelling and rich flooring set off this welcoming room - adorned with tweedy fabrics and comfy wingbacks. The building's original safe acts as a table where we keep the best bottles of plonk.

Table service with all the trimmings and a delicious Park Bites menu is available all day.
