The Treatment Room at The Angus Hotel
The treatment room and resident treatment therapist provide a little haven and pampering just by the pool with the best beauty treatments on offer. The room is a tranquil wee room, with calming and neutral décor, a comfortable massage bed and a little space for alternative treatments.
Teresa is on hand most days and will offer treatments that range from hot stone massage right through to an organic pedicure, with some alternative beauty maintenance treatments on the side.
As a guest, member, or local resident, you can book a standalone treatment with Teresa directly or online, and you may want to tag on a swim session making it more of an experience if you have time.
Your Treatment Journey
Once you have booked your beauty treatment online you will receive a confirmation with the details. If you are arriving from outside or coming down from your room, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment and wait in the Bay Tree Lounge area by the fire.
The therapist will come and greet you personally, as she/he will ensure you complete the required medical questionnaire. The therapist will then lead you to the Treatment Room for your chosen treatment.
If you have chosen to swim prior to your beauty treatment booking, then please be seated at the small table by the treatment room window on the poolside, and Teresa will collect you from there.
Once your beauty treatment is finished, the therapist will accompany you back to the Bay Tree Bar for a cup of post-treatment herbal or fruit tea.

Take the motorway to Perth with either the M90 Edinburgh - Perth or M80 Glasgow - Perth then follows A93 Braemar, the Angus hotel is located in the centre of Blairgowrie overlooking the Wellmeadow.

Please refer to pet policy here for terms & conditions. Pets are charged at £25 per dog per night. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. Charge will be added at the hotel. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS AT CERTAIN EVENTS FOR EXAMPLE TRIBUTE NIGHTS OR WHEREBY THE DOG MAY BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN A BEDROOM.
IMPORTANT PRE ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
1. Check-in: Please note the hotel will aim to have your hotel room ready between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm on your arrival day, although you're welcome to use the hotel from 1 pm on your arrival day until 12.00pm on your departure day. Check-out is 11:00 am
2. Meal Reservations (IMPORTANT): We ask that you pre-book your dining reservations in advance of your arrival with us, for Dinner. Reserve a table prior to arrival at www.theangushotel.com / BOOK NOW. Please note any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. There is no requirement to book breakfast, this is available at your leisure Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 9:30am, Saturday from 8am to 10am and Sunday from 8am to 11am.
Dining Reservation Notes: You can view the menus online and through the booking system or on our website, www.theangushotel.com, You can amend to your dining reservation up to 1 hour prior to your reservation. If you have purchased a dinner inclusive package, you will receive an allowance of £25 per adult towards your dinner. Any amount above this will be chargeable.
3 Please ensure you have communicated any special requests such as twin, walk-in shower/ level accessible etc. and dietary needs, to our Reception team. We cannot guarantee availability, but we will endeavour to meet your requests.
4.If you are on one of our tribute packages, please ensure you have informed Reception of your party size/names so we can ensure your party are seated together during the show. Please note all tributes start sharp at 7pm, there is no need to book a dinner reservation for Saturday evening when attending a tribute.
5. At our discretion, we accept 2 dogs per room at £25 per dog per night (Regarless of size), on making a reservation, you agree to our Pet terms and conditions and if not abided you maybe asked to leave. Dogs must not disturb another guests stay and never left unattended in a bedroom. We have certain bedrooms classed as dog friendly, and we must be advised if you plan to bring a dog. There is a maximum of 8 dogs permitted per night and dogs are not permitted within any restaurant. Dogs are not permitted if you are attending a tribute night, festive package or Spa break.
6. The Angus Hotel & Spa is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in any of the hotels public areas or bedrooms is therefore prohibited. We reserve the right to recover any associated cleaning costs as well as loss of earnings from the inability to sell the room, from the debit/credit card guarantee provided at the time of booking. We therefore reserve the right to deduct these costs to the amount of a minimum of £100 from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
7. In the event of a guest causing damage to the property or removing goods belonging to the hotel, we reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking for reimbursement of these damages/losses.
8. Our car parks have ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras at the entrances and exits, please register your license plate on arrival for the number of days you are staying, to avoid parking fines. Car parking spaces are subject to availability. Please note you may need to re-register your license plate if you exit and return during your stay period. Please contact reception for further information.
9. We do not have Single rooms with level access to the lift, some stairs will be involved. If this is an issue, please contact in advance of arrival, requests are not guaranteed.
FAMILY ROOMS
Please note that the rate quoted is based on 2 people sharing this room. The additional charge for children in the Family Rooms room will be added on at the hotel.
Children under 4 receive free BB all other meals are to be paid for as taken. 5 - 13 years are 50% of the adult rate. Any child over 13 will be charged at the full adult rate.
