The Bridge of Cally Hotel is located in the picturesque village of Bridge of Cally near Blairgowrie and is ideally situated for Glenshee - the gateway to the Scottish Highlands. While staying at this Perthshire countryside hotel and restaurant you will be welcomed by friendly helpful staff who pride themselves on their customer service and try to make guests as comfortable as possible.

This traditional Scottish Hotel has 18 en-suite bedrooms. Some rooms have river views and the ground-floor bedrooms are suitable for disabled access. While staying at the Bridge of Cally you'll receive the same great amenities that you would find in a modern city hotel, however, surrounded by the serene setting of the Perthshire countryside.

Snacks and refreshments are served all day at the Bridge of Cally Hotel. Enjoy an excellent variety of freshly cooked food sourced from the local area served in the Conservatory Restaurant, available every day from 12 noon until 9pm. The real log-burning stove and comfy sofas in the bar and conservatory are a welcome treat from the Scottish elements and the hotels well-stocked bar supplies a splendid selection of local Scotch whiskies and real ales.

There are two room types for you to choose from, "Standard Room" and "Superior Room." these can be made up for single occupancy, as twin rooms or doubles.

Superior rooms are larger rooms and have the best views.

The Conservatory Restaurant at the Bridge of Cally Hotel is open for dinner from 17:00 to 21:00 Saturday - Thursday (15:00 - 21:00 Friday), and serves lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 on Saturday - Sunday (closed for lunch Monday - Friday). It is light and airy with views of the river bank. The real log fire and comfy seating provide a cosy atmosphere during the winter months.

You are more than welcome to drop in for coffee and sample the homemade shortbreads and scones. Light lunches are on offer as well as the main menu. 

Most of the food is locally sourced, and almost everything is homemade on the premises, including the soda bread and all the children’s meals. The chips are hand cut and thrice cooked.

The Bridge of Cally Hotel is very lucky to be situated in East Perthshire, home to some of the finest ingredients in the world! Great care is taken when producing the menus, and as many ingredients as possible are sourced locally to ensure freshness and quality.

The chef aims to offer an exciting variation of Scottish produce including, at different times, venison (red deer, roe or fallow deer), pheasant, partridge, pigeon or duck, all provided locally. We use fish from Scottish waters and summer berries from the Carse of Gowrie!

From Perth: Take the A93 to Blairgowrie, then continue to Bridge of Cally (A93)

From Pitlochry: Follow the A924 signposted to Blairgowrie, you will reach Bridge of Cally after 21 miles.

From Dundee: Travel on the A923 to Coupar Angus, continue on A923 to Blairgowrie,follow the A93 to Bridge of Cally, 24.5 miles.

From Edinburgh (City Centre): Head for Forth Road Bridge (north), M90 to Perth, Exit at Junction 11 to Perth/Coupar Angus/Blairgowrie/Braemar, follow signs to Blairgowrie, then to Bridge of Cally

By Bus:There is an infrequent bus service running between Blairgowrie and Pitlochry, via Bridge of Cally, Monday to Saturday (Operator - Stagecoach Strathtay +44 (0)1250 872772).

Nearest Train Stations: Perth 22 miles, Pitlochry 22 miles, Dundee 25 miles.

Nearest Airports: Dundee Airport 25 miles, Edinburgh Airport - 63.4 miles, Glasgow airport 91 miles.
