Most Superior rooms and suites are located on the first floor with the Classic rooms being on the second. Superior rooms are larger and many feature themed beds such as four posters or testers. Particularly impressive is the ground floor suite with its galleried bedroom and jacuzzi bathroom. Two sofas, dining table for 10 persons and huge crystal chandelier from the central rose will give you an idea of the size of this suite. Or why not try Daisy (Room 12), with a lovely rolltop bath bath right at the end of the bed.

At the Chateau La Chaire Hotel they have opened up the outside sun terrace and joined it with the conservatory to offer a choice of dining location for the exciting Brasserie menu option. (Terrace closed during winter).

Brasserie style dining originated as a French idea offering moderately priced, hearty meals in a relaxed setting. The menu is based on the same principal with French inspired 'comfort foods' that are available for both lunch or dinner.

In the summer choose from dishes such as Moules Frites, Jersey Oysters, Fruit de Mer or brunch dishes like Eggs Benedict or our own Croque Monsiuer. In the winter choose from dishes such as Chateaubriand, T-Bone steak, scallops and much more.

In the summer months you can even enjoy the sunshine on the Terrace and be served your favourite tipple. Don't worry if cocktails aren’t your thing. We are lucky to have one of the best stocked bars among Jersey hotels and we are sure that whether it is a craft beer, liqueur with your coffee, your favourite scotch before bedtime or just a glass of wine or champagne - we've got it at Raymond's.
