Sample modern and local cuisine at this bright and airy Newcastle restaurant. Situated on the ground floor of the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead hotel, it enjoys views over the River Tyne. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner but closed for lunch at weekends.
