Had a great stay at the hotel. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had amazing view of the bridge. Staff were very friendly and welcoming special mention to Claire (Front Office) and Kevin (Restaurant) who took care about us very professional following high standards service of Hilton.

This hotel is incredible and it is the staff that make it particularly special. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. It truly was the friendliness of the staff that made our stay so special. The hotel has amazing views and facilities. Also breakfast was lovely. We highly recommend this hotel and thank.

The hotel is close to the town and a metro center. Position overlooks the city with great view of the city and river. Excellent service, very clean rooms. Very good breakfast overall great place to stay. Always stay here when in Newcastle.
