Bedrooms
Each of the 44 uniquely designed hotel rooms in Hotel Du Vin York features luxurious hand-sprung mattresses, fine Egyptian linen, deep baths and powerful drench showers, plasma TVs and air conditioning. Within each room, you will also find the usual Hotel Du Vin amenities to create a home away from home feel such as complimentary toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Hotel du Vin is created out of buildings with character and history, therefore the images are reflective of the room type but the decoration and exact configuration may change as all guest rooms are individual and unique.
Classic Room
Our classic rooms feature a beautiful double or king-size bed so comfortable you won't want to leave, an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath including beautifully scented toiletries, and all the little luxuries we know you'll love.
Deluxe Room
Deluxe rooms come with an ultra-cosy queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath for long luxurious soaks with your relaxing range of toiletries and a separate walk-in drench shower.
Junior Suite
Thierry Lombard and De Trafford, our two junior suites, are situated in the loft spaces in our tranquil Shambles building. Both suites have a super king-size bed, a chaise lounge seating area and a roll-top freestanding bath in the bedroom area. There is also a separate bathroom, with a walk-in monsoon power shower.
Suite
Our suites host a super king-size bed, comfortable seating area, iPod dock, Bose surround sound and two large flat-screen TVs. Enjoy an open-plan bathroom arrangement with a large free-standing bath, twin sinks and a spacious walk-in monsoon shower.
Signature Suite
Belle Epoque is the largest and most luxurious room in the hotel. This open-plan top-floor suite houses an emperor bed, twin free-standing roll-top baths and a large walk-in monsoon power shower, ideal to relax, re-energise and invigorate. The suite also incorporates Bose surround sound and an iPod dock around a stylish contemporary seating area, as well as two large flat-screen TVs into its classic design. Magnificent.

With contemporary yet traditional finishes, and a relaxing yet buzzing atmosphere, the Bistro is a sophisticated place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

BY ROAD
FROM THE M1 NORTH
At Junction 32 take the M18 North. Leave the M18 at Junction 2 for A1M North and continue north along the A1M. The A1M leads into the A1 and then back into the A1M again. Leave the A1M at Junction 45 for the A64 (towards York). Take the A1036 (for York City Centre). After the traffic lights for Scarcroft Road, we are 50 yards on the right-hand side, slightly set back.
FROM THE M62 / M1 SOUTH
Leave the M62 at junction 29 for The North & M1, and keep in nearside 2 lanes to merge onto the M1. The M1 leads into the A1M. Leave the A1M at Junction 45 for the A64 (towards York). Take the A1036 (for York City Centre). After the traffic lights for Scarcroft Road, we are 50 yards on the right-hand side, slightly set back.
CAR PARKING
Please be advised there are limited car parking spaces available onsite on a first come first serve basis for residents only. This will be charged at £15 per car, per day. Alternatively, guests are advised to use the Queen Street NCP.
