Fantastic hotel. Excellent idea to have an upgrade option if available on the day. First class suite with everything provided to make for a perfect stay. Lovely restaurant serving excellent food. Staff very attentive. All in all a wonderful stay.

Parking, rooms were great. Staff were absolutely wonderful, huge thumbs up to all the staff at this hotel. Bertie our apoo was welcomed with open arms, definitely be back.

An excellent hotel. All of the staff are excellent. Stayed in a lovely comfy cosy mezzanine room. Delicious breakfast. Lovely grounds. And an easy walk into York. Decent amount of parking (£10 per night).

Just returned from a stay at Hotel Du Vin, York. The staff were warm and welcoming. We were there with friends to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday and the staff couldn't do enough to make it special.The rooms are warm and comfortable. We particularly liked the bottle christmas tree outside the restaurant.We ate in the restaurant and can recommend the Chateaubriand. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of dishes.We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Attentiveness of staff was very good. Right from check in, evening meal, to check out.

Easy to find, good sized rooms the free standing bath is a great addition. Not too far to walk to the centre of York. Parking on site & nice bar area. Our second visit. Friendly staff Olivia on reception was really helpful.
