Staff friendly and helpful, good location as is only a short walk from the town centre. Room comfortable and decor spot on. Lovely selection of food and especially so at breakfast time.

We actually stayed 2 nights. The first was paid for by a gift voucher from our family. Friendly, comfortable hotel with good restaurant and well stocked bar. First visit to Dunbar after an absence of several decades.

A very enjoyable overnight stay at the Dunmuir Hotel, Dunbar. Very friendly helpful staff, rooms very comfortable and the food both for breakfast and evening meal was delightful.

Lovely hotel with recently decorated rooms and dining room. Staff very attentive. Dinner, bed and breakfast was a great deal and the food was excellent.

Good, comfortable hotel, nice room and very stylish restaurant. Our only criticism would be that for guests on DBB the £25 allowance for evening meal is too little when looking at the 2024 menu.

Overnight Stay We were down in Dunbar for a wedding and booked the Dunmuir Hotel on a B&B basis. Great welcome on our arrival and we were given a complimentary room upgrade. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Prior to our arrival we had contacted the hotel and Philip arranged taxis to take us to and from the wedding venue as well as making a reservation for an evening meal in the restaurant. Dinner was fantastic as was breakfast the following morning. All the staff we seen during our stay were very friendly and helpful. We also had drinks in the well stocked bar. If we were in the area again we would certainly stay at the Dunmuir.

We had a lovely stay, staff were very welcoming and they gave us a free upgrade. The room was very clean and modern. There was a good choice of food and food was lovely and freshly made.

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated particularly the restaurant. Room bright and spotlessly clean, large bathroom and very comfy bed. A great nights sleep. Food in restaurant good, breakfast particularly good. Nice bar but we were the only ones there (2 of us) Short walk into town. Would return and definitely recommend

Fab overnight away with our friends & the dogs. Rooms spotlessly clean & comfortable, lovely dog friendly bar. Evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding, service was spot on, breakfast also lovely. Staff are so friendly & welcoming.

A most enjoyable pre-festive break at Dunmuir Hotel. Much appreciated the quiet comfortable room, with space to move around, hang clothes, etc. (especially as staying for a few days). The newly refurbished dining room is splendid and cosy, with quality dining, featuring local produce where possible. The breakfast is worthy of mention, offering great choice and generous portions. What makes the Dunmuir special, however, are the welcoming, accommodating and hardworking staff: A big 'Thank You!' to them for making our stay so enjoyable. This was our second visit and we shall certainly return.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our too. Was comfortable and clean. The grill restaurant was exceptional and highly recommended. We will definitely keep it on our list to return in the future.

Great stay. Staff were polite and courteous. Hotel is a five minute walk to the town centre and going on opposite direction a five minute walk to the shore front.
