This hotel is supposed to be dog friendly Even the bar is not dog friendly although you cannot leave them unattended in the room Eventually after deciding we wanted a refund and leave did they allow us to eat in the bar and we had to fetch breakfast and eat it in the foye Staff were all very helpful and friendly Room a bit tired with no windows which open

Hi. We were put in a small room on 7th floor on both separate nights we booked. In both rooms the curtains were moth eaten and in the first room, the toilet seat was far too small for the loo. We ate in the bar the first night but the food was cold when we got it. The beds etc were clean and it was adequate for a one night stay. Think the myhotelbreak customers are stuck in these little rooms on floor 7.

Great hotel and excellent location and river view from our room. Courteous and efficient staff are reception. Comfortable spacious room and well serviced with a Nespresso machine and plenty of coffee. Excellent .. We'll be back.

Had a one night stay here. Hotel is in a good location, handy for visiting all attractions and sightseeing. The room and bathroom were very clean and although cold, wet and windy out, was nice and warm. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel needs refurbishment, paint work full of stains, bed covers look very washed out and old. Bathroom wasn't very clean, hairs in the shower,stains in the toilet. The bed was comfy and being on the 9th floor it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice. Staff was pleasant.

We have stayed several times at The Atlantic now and we are always very impressed. We can’t fault anything, the staff always go above and beyond to welcome you. I think it’s the staff that make this hotel.

Well situated, bedrooms quiet. Staff polite and friendly. Lifts were very slow. Breakfast - dishes not refilled very quickly.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. I was a little ner after reading recent reviews but they were totally unfounded IMO. Our room was clean, tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was lovely.

Very nice stay, helpful friendly staff. We had a good sized room with a view of the Liver building and the Myside. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Definitely be back

Just came back from a 2 night break, staff were very nice we got a bottle of processco for our wedding Anniversary, the only thing I would say is I wouldn't rate the hotel as a 4* the rooms were slightly dated and the carpet was all worn however we had a lovely 2 night stay.

Stayed bed and breakfast and one night dinner all great and service was spot on . Got to book in early , their parking £11.50 a day just a short walk away put car registration at reception and that's it Room was ideal 10th floor looking straight at Liver building Shower great pressure Air con in room to keep it cool Ideal for short break

Had a fabulous 2 day break at Mercure Liverpool. Lovely friendly staff with a special mention for Freda in the restaurant and Saskia at reception. Room fab although carpet could do with changing. Fab shower and the view was fantastic. Great breakfast and our evening meal was superb. So central to everything and will definitely return!

Reception area is very modern Dinning room needs a revamp Bedroom small, bathroom very compact, and no dressing table or mirror but very large comfortable bed Breakfast on Friday morning was chaos and very poor food choices, Saturday morning was much improved. Evening meal, sirloin steak was very fatty, otherwise food was pleasant. Hotel is well situated, 10 minutes walk to town and attractions. Staff were very friendly. Limited space in car park at £11 pound for 24 hours alternative car park is £16 for 24 hours

Had a lovely stay at the Mercure Atlantic Tower Hotel. Room was adequate for a two night stay, clean and a good view. Restaurant was lovely. Our waitress was Suzie, she was very friendly and. professional. Food was beautiful. Would stay here again.
