Had a really good stay room was cosy and very clean, are evening meal was really nice and the staff in the restaurant could'nt do enough for you, thanks niki that meal was the best, were back to the hotel the 27th couldnt get the deal so wont get the meal but will get breakfast

Staff friendly. Poor situation with the nighttime meal. As restaurant wasn't open and had to basically eat it in the reception. Room was fine everything we needed. Breakfast was grab and go which annoyed me as they decided to open the restaurant for this for Some reason... I understand everything with what is going on with covid etc but can't understand why they didn't have the restaurant open for nighttime meal, your trying to make an impression that this is the so called new normal. Wearing masks around the hotel which is fine. But the one thing the hotels need is people to come back and if you offer this service all the time eating in the reception and grab and go meals unfortunately the hotels will always struggle and never get back to any normality as people will not want to go back..

We were not at all pleased that we were charged twice for our meal that was in with our package. Maybe on hindsight we should have explained this while eating our meal. We got a phone call to our room asking if we had eaten in the restaurant and had wine. We explained that we had purchased the bottle of wine and that the meal was in our deal. We were made to feel like criminals. On arrival back home l noticed that an extra £37 had been taken from my bank account. This is being dealt with but it has still left us with a very bad taste in our mouths and spoilt our stay ????

Our stay in the Mecure Hotel Liverpool was superb. From the moment we arrived until we checked out nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and warm and the food was delicious. We look forward to a return visit.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly despite the additional challenges of covid. The hotel has a fantastic location, our room on 10th floor overlooked the My. We had a good evening snack in the bar area although you could take food up to the room if you preferred.

When me and my girlfriend arrived we were met by Niki, she was professional and clear in the Covid measures and was very warm and welcoming. The room and food was extremely good and we will definitely be coming to stay again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we had a great sleep.

Excellent location for going to museums, restaurants, pubs. Very clean. Nice and organised staff that upgraded our room for free and many COVID measures in place. King size beds very comfy.
