Fantastic stay, room was lovely and clean. Reception very helpful and car park right next door and very secure. Food in their restaurant was very tasty and a good price. Breakfast busy but again very good. Definitely recommend hotel as very central location and good value

A great 2 night stay towards the end of August. Good covid measures, hand sanitizer everywhere. Hotel room had all we needed and it was very quiet at night. Awesome central location for everything in Bristol.

The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished with good facilities, safe parking and the location is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance o of the best parts of Bristol and you are surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and pubs. They take COVID seriously and you are required to wear masks in all public spaces in the hotel which most guests follow.

The rooms was spacious and well located in the city center. The parking was next door to the hotel and handy .

The staff at the hotel were fantastic in what must be very difficult cirstances to work in. Only issue was having booked a Prestige room would have preferred the standard room others in our party were in. Interconnecting doors leaked a lot of noise from the next room.

Lovely ,bright , friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. Hotel staff throughout were extremely helpful and welcoming specially Valeria and Stan from reception. Breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice. Would recommend this hotel highly!
