Crowne Plaza Harrogate, Harrogate

We are regular visitors at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Harrogate, mainly booking direct with IHG. However this deal was excellent, so we booked via myhotelbreak. Everything was as advertised, apart from the hotel advising us that the prosecco offer was one bottle on arrival, not one bottle per nights stay, as clearly advertised the original offer. This is the 2nd time we have had to have this discussion at this hotel, although they did agree to honour the offer in the end. We advised them that we had also booked via the same offer for 2 nights in February, and they replied that they may not be able to honour this offer then, and that they would pass the issue onto their sales team. The offer very clearly states 1 bottle per night's stay, and I would request that myhotelbreak take this up with the hotel and clarify the issue. I don't want to have the same discussion for a 3rd time. Thank you.

What a brilliant place to stay. Exceptionally friendly, efficient attentive staff. Our room was clean with a huge bed. Lovely to see a plentiful supply of milk etc instead of the usual measly portions most hotels offer. Parking was easy. The choice at breakfast was excellent-even the option of freshly cooked omelettes was available.

Thank you to all the staff there at Myhotelbreak, we had a fabulous couple of days in Harrogate with glorious weather, which always helps. The deal given was exactly as we were told, excellent hotel, very centrally located, fabulous breakfast both mornings, 2 delicious tails which came with the package and with the free parking thrown in, this was a truly excellent, money saving, 2 night break. We will definitely return to Harrogate at some point in the future and I'll be keeping an eye out for another fantastic deal with yourselves.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful hotel, everything was clean and standards were really good. The only downside is the parking charges I believe when you book a hotel the parking should be free.

Definately not a 4 star hotel room no better than Premier Inn. When we went for brrakfast tge first thing we noticed was tables covered with dirty dishes. No brown bread no pastries. The area with hot food debris and crumbs everywhere.

Well situated near centre of Harrogate. Great choice at breakfast but very busy unless you get there before 9.00. Room was clean and quiet.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Room was excellent with air con and a fridge. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of food but a bit chaotic on the Saturday morning but we went at a busy time. Good bar with reasonable prices for a hotel bar.

Another great stay at the Crowne Plaza. Great location too. I did notice they were very understaffed at breakfast time as people were arriving but no tables free as the staff didn’t get chance to clear them so people were waiting around . We had to ask for a table to be cleaned . I would definitely recommend more staff especially when the hotel is busy . Food is nice and got a great deal through my Hotel Breaks who we highly recommend and always use them for breaks away .

Having visited before, we knew this hotel was lovely and well situated for a weekend break in Harrogate. We had an issue with the room being on the warm side. After talking to Mae she tried her best to resolve it and managed to move our room for the second night. No mean feat seen as though it was a very busy weekend for the hotel! Everyone we've interacted with here during our stay has been so helpful. Very much looking forward to coming again.
