Had a lovely say, hotel was beautiful, our room got upgraded, & our bed was so comfortable, late checkout, all the staff was so helpful and the bar staff were so friendly loved every minute of it had a brilliant weekend and will book again x

Definately not a 4 star hotel room no better than Premier Inn. When we went for brrakfast tge first thing we noticed was tables covered with dirty dishes. No brown bread no pastries. The area with hot food debris and crumbs everywhere.

Lovely room, cleanliness let down a little in bathroom. Staff were a massive help amd always friendly. Breakfast was standard really, very bland. However a big selection.

Well situated near centre of Harrogate. Great choice at breakfast but very busy unless you get there before 9.00. Room was clean and quiet.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Room was excellent with air con and a fridge. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of food but a bit chaotic on the Saturday morning but we went at a busy time. Good bar with reasonable prices for a hotel bar.

Another great stay at the Crowne Plaza. Great location too. I did notice they were very understaffed at breakfast time as people were arriving but no tables free as the staff didn’t get chance to clear them so people were waiting around . We had to ask for a table to be cleaned . I would definitely recommend more staff especially when the hotel is busy . Food is nice and got a great deal through my Hotel Breaks who we highly recommend and always use them for breaks away .

Having visited before, we knew this hotel was lovely and well situated for a weekend break in Harrogate. We had an issue with the room being on the warm side. After talking to Mae she tried her best to resolve it and managed to move our room for the second night. No mean feat seen as though it was a very busy weekend for the hotel! Everyone we've interacted with here during our stay has been so helpful. Very much looking forward to coming again.

We had a lovely stay at the crown plaza Harrogate. We were to meet friends but unfortunately one of them took I’ll and ended up in hospital. Nevertheless less the hotel was everything we expected and hope to go again. Harrogate was very nice with the Xmas markets. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night and the other in the bar. Both very good. It’s a big hotel but still had friendly staff who were all very pleasant. Thanks for a nice stay we will be back.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I would only stay on a bed and breakfast basis in future as there are so many nice restaurants close to the hotel. I would have given 10 for the room if it had additional things like nice toiletries, cushions etc.

This was our best ever my hotel break stay. From checking in to checking out. What a deal, great room, food and the staff very friendly and helpful. Can't reccomend this enough and Harrogate is a great place for a couple of days. ???
