Lovely hotel good welcome. Choice of two tails included, luckily we liked one of them. antipasti sharing plate good.Room excellent although bath water was only Luke warm, tried to ring down to reception but phone was broken. Went down to report and it was rectified straight away. Dinner in a very cold dining room but asked to be moved to another table and we were. Items missing off the menu. Lovely sleep in a very comfy bed. Breakfast top class with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend ?

We arrived and were turned away. Hotel policy not to allow Tier 3 guests. We were not advised of this and have fed back to my hotel break .com as this is unacceptable. The hotel said they didnt have our contact details to inform us but this is surely not the case as my hotel break will have shared this

Travelled during COVID to Crowne Plaza. Used the Winter retreat offer. Excellent value for money. Lovely hotel comfy bed and quite central. Food was good. We also received a food platter and drink delivered to our room. Overall a lovely hotel and a great value deal.

Spent 3 nights here. Hotel has adapted well to COVID restrictions, and we felt safe and secure. Breakfast requires booking ahead, and for Sunday was full, unable to get a suitable slot. Good weather allowed a comfortable stay

The location is perfect for all local amenities we required. Under the present restrictions the breakfast was superbly organized and excellent quality. Hope to be back soon.

Stayed one night, room very nice, 9th floor, well located not far from town centre, bed comfortable although a tad hard for my liking, bathroom clean and functional. Decent price paid for a decent hotel room. Would definitely stay there again

Very professional and friendly staff made this 2 night stay with friends memorable. We all felt very safe, with the covid measures in place very reassuring. Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights. We spent over 1-1/2 hours in the restaurant on Saturday morning. Beds and pillows so comfortable, surprised any of us got up. Harrogate is a beautiful and very green town to visit.

Friendly staff great service and well informed, the room was very clean and made you feel safe in this present environment, ideally situated for town and shopping and also for restaurants on the evening. Harrogate is a great town and good to see that a high majority of people are adhering to the covid restrictions.

Really nice hotel, only a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet and also very clean
