Hotel was lovely, very modern. Staff were great. We had a lovely 2 night stay. Lots of choice for breakfast. Didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on that food. We were staying on 4th floor, lifts working well didn’t wait long at all. Room was very nice, had a fridge with water and some cans of juice. Very clean bathroom and a great shower. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you

Location perfect. Room lovely and good size. Breakfast had lots of choice and very streamlined process. Meals nice but macaroni cheese was poor and bland. Veggie choices quite poor. Staff very efficient and attentive. Pillows brick hard, need one soft one hard. Excellent value through MHB.

Had a really lovely stay. The offer we had included a bottle of Prosecco which was brought to our room very quickly. Service was excellent, breakfast was lovely. We will be back!

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff cannot so enough for you and are so accommodating. From the reception staff to the bar staff and restaurant staff were all fabulous.

Great location, room clean and comfortable,excellent shower, lovely breakfast and evening meal but the best thing about Hotel Indigo is the staff. Without exception the staff were friendly efficient and made you feel very welcome.

Excellent hotel, lovely room upgrade, only slight negative was lack of choice on the dinner menu under this offer and the huge cost to upgrade the steak plus sauce

This was a very reasonably priced deal. The room was clean and the bathroom quite luxurious. Our only complaint was our noisy hen-party neighbours which the hotel did deal with. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and responsive. The food we had was also of a high standard. Again, the only complaint with this was the limited set menu we were choosing from. We were staying for 2 nights and ended up having the same meal each night. Having a set amount off the à la carte would have been better for us and the hotel. Saying all that, we had a fantastic break and would recommend the hotel and the city. Liverpool had so much to offer.

Really lovely stay! All staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast Wes very good, plenty of choice and again great staff, evening meal was a little disappointing - no vegetables and not a big choice. The complimentary drinks and snacks in room were very welcome. Comfortable room, great shower and good central location! Highly recommend!!!

I could not of been more pleased with the indigo hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. The hotel was spotless with everything you need in a room . Lovely toiletries. Water , pop & milk in mini fridge which wasn’t expected but we were so grateful of! Also a packet of crisps & biscuits, a lovely touch . The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice. The location of the hotel was spot on , close to the nightlife & shopping. I will definitely be returning.

excellent stay on Sunday 17th from our check in to the service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and food. your staff are excellent and the hotel is off a very high standard loved the rent a Brolly stand in the lobby

Room was rather small , air con was not working and the window could not be opened. I had no sleep due the heat in the room . I did let reception know about the air con as soon as we checked into the room , was told that they knew about the fault, but was not offered a different room or a fan . We also mentioned it again on check out !! They said sorry but the problem was waiting to be sorted . I told them that I had no sleep. I had a shower but could not use the hair dryer due to the heat in the room and my clothes were sticking to me trying to get ready to leave , I was glad to get out into the fresh air, wish I had waited for a shower in our next hotel . We had the next night at the travel lodge The Strand had a fan in the room and the window could open. We expected a better night at the indigo with it being more expensive. Shame really as the young lady on reception was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

We were woke at 8 by cleaner in next room battering hoover off the wall! So got up and had brekki and went back for a nap as we were out late after concert and had long drive back to Scotland, was then woke with phone to remind us at 12.30 we had to be out by 2 which we already knew and was already stated again at check in so wasn’t as relaxing as could have been
