We stayed in a double room which was clean and spacious. Amenities are decent, we had spa treatments, Dru was fantastic as she listened to what I wanted and was attentive to how much pressure I wanted. We had dinner included in our package. A decent range of food on the menu and service was good.

Our second stay here and can't recommend it enough. Every where spotless, staff really friendly and helpful. Ideal base for Gloucester and Cotswolds. Great food selection for breakfast.

Just had an excellent break at this hotel. Fully refurbished so everything was like new. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Food and drink all good. Would stay again. Thanks to all staff at the hotel.

Great stay. Lovely hotel newly refurbished. Food was excellent. Great leisure facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a short taxi ride to the quays. Would highly recommend.

A lovely hotel where you can see it has been refurbished. Clean and pleasant with a nice sized gym and spa facilities. Plus points - 3 minutes drive from a larger Sainsbury's, 15 minutes drive to Gloucester Quays and centre of Gloucester. Laura on reception and Julie in the restaurant were excellent, very professional and helpful. Not so great - long wait time for evening meals every night. The dinner inclusive menu didn't change so different options for food at dinner because boring/Limited

Second visit was just as enjoyable .I would suggest that instead of a free meal on the first night an allowance is given so that choices can be made from the full menu .Bit of a shock when we were charged for parking which we were not charged for two months ago .

Had a lovely stay , enjoyed the our two night stay , staff were welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble, food was really good. Room was clean , we shall return.

Hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast on both mornings. The only downside is the location- there is nothing in walking distance as the hotel is on what seems like a business park. So there are no bars shops or restaurants nearby. It was further into Gloucester city centre than anticipated so taxis were quite expensive.

Enjoyable stay at a nice clean and tidy hotel. Staff were attentive and efficient. Extra signage could have avoided a false fire alarm, caused by bathroom door being left open while showering

This break was very good value, room was fine but a little dark as there was no light in the middle of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was OK. But bland . I would recommend the food if you weren't on a deal.

Nice room in smart hotel. No lift here, so make sure you book a ground floor room if you're likely to have difficulty with stairs. We didn't use the pool or gymnasium.

The hotel and staff were very very good !!! Leisure was also very nice , rooms lovely !! Hotel in great place for villages around !! Regreetably the drinks were very expensive and the evening meal was rubbish !!! Prices very high on the menu !!! We both had burger (£17.50 ) each and it was like eating a solid brick !! It spoilt are weekend !!! Shame because hotel it self was very nice !!! Breakfast was better but nothing special !!!

Excellent stay made more enjoyable by the staff working there .Each member of the staff who we had dealings with went out of their way to help us .The only downside to our stay was the stairs to the room which caused a slight problem due to mobility issues .The food we had was really nice and the attention to service was good .Highly recommended .

Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Bar area and restaurant very modern and clean. Bonus was the swimming /leisure facilities. Very close to Gloucester. Good night sleep.

I stayed as an essential worker during lockdown. It was extremely clean, the breakfast was well organised, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good location for me and plenty of parking, quality towels and good shower.
